Objective: Create an unified urban-scale strategy deployable at various scales.

Site: Atlantic Yards, Brooklyn, NY.

Process: Scripting directly into Rhino through Grasshopper provided a highly-responsive and quick method of iteration and testing of variables.

Solution: A ‘proto-block’ reactive to specific site conditions (boundaries, circulation, airspace, etc) that both adapts to and joins with adjacent blocks.
